We take pride in our packaging to allow for a safe delivery. Please note that it is completely normal for a shipped plant to come with a few yellow or dead leaves, especially if shipping to a very hot or cold climate! These are live plants! GoldenGreeneryCo does our best to minimize the stress by working with USPS to minimize the time the plants are in transit. If your plant(s) come damaged, please send photos of the damages within 24 hours of USPS delivery.

All orders are shipped USPS priority mail. If the weather in your area is cold please order the "winter shipping insurance" option for your plants shipment.

If your plants arrive damaged by the cold weather during winter, we will issue a refund if you have purchased the winter shipping insurance! Just purchase our winter shipping insurance with your order and up to 6 of your plants will have a money back guarantee in the event they are damaged by the cold weather.

If your plants arrive damaged please notify us and send pictures of all the damages within 24 HOURS of delivery. We will do our best to replace them or refund as needed. Thank you for supporting our small business and Happy Planting!

Just aren’t large enough.
This is a great idea, and I can wear socks over them and not notice they are there. I just wish they came in a larger size. When I put cream around the edges of my heels where the cracks always are, I cannot stretch the socks wide enough to clear the heel without smearing the cream onto my fingers or on the sock cuff. They do stay in place and aren't squishy at all when walking. They smell good too. The price is right. I wore them overnight and my heels were indeed much softer and smoother than before, and felt moist (tacky) where the cream had been. So they do an amazing job, but after using them six nights, they just aren’t large enough for me to put on without a hassle.

As a first responder being on your feet consistently in heavy boots really takes a toll. I buy new soles for my boots and noticed the inconsistency balance from heel to toe which caused cracked and dry heels. I was desperate to find an immediate solution and saw these. Received all the socks individually wrapped, I am a size 5 1/2 to 6 in women’s shoes and they fit so snuggly. The socks are soft and very comfortable that at the end of the day you forget you are wearing them. They are also washable both in the washer or hand washed and it doesn’t affect the rubber material. Highly recommend especially after a foot spa day.
